Diagnosis and repair for heating and cooling systems that have stopped working or stopped working well. You get told what failed, what it costs to fix, and whether a repair is worth it on a system of that age.
HVAC Maintenance
Seasonal inspection and tune-up of heating and cooling equipment. Most mid-winter failures are things a maintenance visit would have caught in October.

Handyman and maintenance
General repair work around the house — the jobs that are not worth a specialist visit on their own.
Water Heaters
Water heater repair and replacement. If yours is leaking, running cold, or old enough that a repair is throwing good money after bad, you get told which it is before any work starts.
General Home Repairs
Drywall patching, door and window adjustment, trim work, fixture replacement, and the accumulated small repairs that are not worth a specialist visit on their own.
Plumbing Fixtures
Faucet, toilet, and fixture replacement, plus running-toilet and dripping-tap repairs. For work requiring a licensed plumber you get told so up front rather than after.
Electrical Fixtures
Ceiling fan and light fixture installation, switch and outlet replacement. Anything requiring a panel change or new circuit is referred to a licensed electrician.
