About
One technician, not a franchise
Revived HVAC and Maintenance Services LLC is a residential HVAC and maintenance business serving the Columbus area.
How I got into this
I'm Nate. Originally from Cincinnati, I moved to Columbus in 2023 and have worked in the trades since 2020. I started out in warehouse work and quickly realized a stationary job wasn't for me. A stretch at an HVAC supply house got me interested in the equipment, the materials, and the hands-on side of the trade.
When a chance to join an HVAC company came along I took it and built my career from there, earning my certifications while widening my skills across installation, service, maintenance, and general handyman work.
Why I started Revived
After a few years of that I decided to build the kind of company I believe homeowners deserve: honest, dependable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. I had seen firsthand how some companies put profits ahead of their customers, and I wanted to create something different.
What I wish more homeowners knew
Choosing a larger company doesn't always mean better value or better quality. In many cases you pay significantly more for the same work, and sometimes for worse.
I believe in treating every customer as a person first, focusing on their comfort, safety, and well-being rather than seeing a dollar sign. Your home should be treated with the same care and respect I would give my own. The goal is not simply to finish a job, but to solve your problem, earn your trust, and leave you confident you made the right choice.
As a man of faith in Christ, serving others is more than business to me. It is a value I try to put into everything I do.
What you can expect
- You get the owner, not a call center. When you call, you get me — not a booker, a salesperson, or a rotating lineup of technicians. One person who knows the problem, knows your system, and takes responsibility for the work.
- $95 service call fee. You know the number before the visit, and you approve the repair price before any work starts. A proper diagnosis often finds a repair where someone else would sell you a replacement.
- 30 days on labor. On new equipment I walk you through registering it with the manufacturer so you get the full parts warranty you are entitled to, or you can register it yourself if you prefer.
- Same day callback. During business hours, on anything sent through this site.
Certification
Nate is EPA Universal certified, number 1102378452030 — every refrigerant type, so no job gets turned down because of the equipment in it.
Earlier in my career I also earned NATE certification (North American Technician Excellence), the industry's own test of hands-on knowledge. That training goes into every furnace, air conditioner, and water heater I put my hands on.
Where I work
Residential customers across the Columbus area, within about 50 miles. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. It is a quick answer.
